The Ashton Design: Contemporary and Efficient
The Ashton, distinct from our Clifton model, features a contemporary design without a roof overhang, perfect for maximising smaller spaces. Its long-lasting EPDM rubber roof is complemented by a stylish anthracite grey or black fascia, chosen to harmonise with your door and window colour selection. All cladding is expertly secret-fixed for a seamless finish.

Our garden rooms are uniquely tailored to your vision, and available in an extensive range of sizes. Starting from a cosy 2.7m x 2.7m, sizes extend up to 30m², with popular dimensions like 7.5 x 4m. For garden rooms over 30m², which are subject to building regulations, please contact us for a personalised quote.

We are different to our competitors because our garden rooms have a steel frame floor and we include everything you need as standard; set of sliding doors, 1x window, concrete pile foundations, electrical connection to your house (20m linear run), insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling, EPDM roof, heating, lighting, flooring and a Smart Wi-Fi/Alexa controlled wall-mounted heater, plaster finish with a couple of coats of paint as standard.
