All prices exclude installation and delivery. Every glass garden room is quoted individually, because the final figure depends on the size, the roof type and the ground it is going on.
What makes the price go up or down?
Three things move the number more than anything else. Size is the obvious one — a Bosco can be interlinked to virtually any width, so the same model covers a wide price range. Roof type is the next: a polycarbonate roof costs less than a glass roof, and a motorised louvred or folding roof costs more again, which is why the Pinela Deluxe and Verdeca sit at the top of the table and the Bosco and Pigato near the bottom. Glazing is the third — adding Fiano sliding doors to an open veranda turns it into an enclosed room and adds to the cost.

Free-standing glass garden rooms
Most verandas are fixed to the house and take their support from the wall. The Ribolla is the detached model in the Deponti range — it stands on its own posts, so it does not need to touch the house at all. That makes it the one to look at if you want a glass room over a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen or a seating area away from the back door, or if the house wall simply is not in the right place.

Glass verandas and glass roof rooms
A veranda is the open version: a roof over your patio, with the sides left open to the garden. It is the cheapest way into a glass room and it is what most people picture when they search for one. The Bosco uses a polycarbonate roof and can be interlinked to almost any width, which is why it starts lowest at £1,825.
If you want the sky visible from underneath, the Pigato is the glass-roof veranda, from £2,189. For a roof you can open and close, the Pinela has aluminium louvres that rotate to control the light, and the Verdeca folds back entirely.
Turning a veranda into a glass sunroom
An open veranda becomes an enclosed glass sunroom when you glaze the sides. That is what the Fiano glass sliding doors are for — frameless-look glass panels on 2 to 6 track rails that slide back out of the way in summer and close against the weather in winter. From £943, they are the difference between a space you use from May to September and one you use all year round.
Sliding doors can be specified at the same time as the veranda or added later, so if the budget is tight now it is worth checking your chosen model will take them before you order.
