The walls are constructed from a combination of a 9mm thick white MDF board, 75mm thick polystyrene insulation, and LP® StrongCore exterior for protection against rot and decay. The flooring features 80mm polyurethane insulation with powder-coated steel backing, while the roof consists of an insulated steel SIPS panel. The premium doors and windows are hard-coated, low-e Pilkington K Optiwhite double-glazing for superior insulation and energy efficiency
