Made for your space, not the nearest standard size
Most pergolas come in set sizes, so you fit your patio around the pergola. The Morvelle Custom works the other way round. It’s made to your measurements, from 1m to 4.5m wide, up to 6m long and up to 3m high, then powder-coated in the colour you pick. The louvred roof, LED lighting and motor all come as standard.
Made to the millimetre
Built to your exact width, length and height, so it fills an awkward corner or runs the full width of the house.
Any colour you like
Anthracite as standard, or any of the Huescape colours or classic RAL shades. You can even have the louvres a different colour to the frame.
Electric louvred roof
A motor hidden in the beam turns the louvres through 110°. Stop them at any angle from the remote or the backlit Halo buttons on the post.
LED lighting all round
A dimmable warm white LED strip runs around the whole frame, built into the gutter. Colour-changing RGB is an option.
Built for British weather
Rated to wind class 6 and snow zone 3. Rain runs off the louvres into a hidden gutter and drains through the posts.
10-year structural warranty
Made in Hampshire from 6063-T6 aluminium and powder-coated to the Qualicoat standard, with a 10-year warranty on the structure.

Your colour, your way
Every pergola comes in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey as standard. For a little more, choose from the Huescape range or any classic RAL colour, on the louvres, the frame or both.

Doors, panels, blinds and heating
Every side is made to fit your pergola, so there are no gaps or filler strips.
Sliding glass doors
8mm toughened safety glass on a slim track, with draught excluders. Slide them open or close the pergola in on cooler days.
Motorised zip screen blinds
Mesh fabric held taut in side channels, for shade and privacy. Retracts out of sight into a cassette.
Fixed glass or aluminium panels
Laminated glass to block the wind but keep the view, or aluminium panels to hide a fence or give full privacy.

Made to order
We measure your space on the site visit, then Morvelle makes your pergola to those measurements. Lead time is usually around four weeks from order.
Installation
We survey, supply and install every bespoke pergola. It fixes to a concrete base or a well-laid patio. Concealed base plates can be adjusted for ground that isn’t quite level. If your ground needs work first, we’ll include it in your quote.

How much does a bespoke pergola cost?
A Morvelle Custom starts at £11,629 including VAT for a 2m x 3m, and a 3m x 3m is £12,514. That includes the electric louvred roof, LED lighting, motor and remote in anthracite. Colours, sides and extras are added in the builder above. Delivery and installation are quoted after a site visit.
What sizes can you make?
Any width from 1m to 4.5m, any length up to about 6m and any height up to 3m. The length goes up in steps of 216mm, the width of one louvre. For bigger spaces, two pergolas can be joined end to end or side by side.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey is standard. You can choose any Huescape colour or classic RAL colour, and have the louvres a different colour to the frame.
Can it be fixed to the house wall?
Yes, the pergola can stand alone or be fixed to a wall. We’ll look at the best option on the site visit.
What warranty does it come with?
10 years on the structure, sliding glass doors and fixed panels. 5 years on motorised zip blinds, and 2 years on the motor, controls and LED lighting.
How long does it take?
Your pergola is made to order in Hampshire, usually in around four weeks. We’ll give you an installation date when you order.
How is it different from the Remanso?
Both have an electric louvred roof and built-in LED lighting. The Remanso comes in 8 set sizes in anthracite and costs less. The Morvelle Custom is made to your exact size, in any colour, with a 10-year structural warranty.
Do I need planning permission?
Many garden pergolas fall under permitted development, but it depends on the height, where it sits and your property. Check with your local planning office first. Our article do pergolas need planning permission? covers the basics.
