Like many of us, COVID has changed the way we live and work. For our customer in Weybridge, her son was returning home from University and needed somewhere to study for his degree. The rooms in the house were all already in use, and he required somewhere quiet.
The house and the garden are beautiful and the customer, quite rightly wanted something that would fit in with its surroundings and be a focal point. The challenge? There was a big birthday coming up and we only had a week to build it.
This stunning 3m x 3m Clifton Garden Studio looks fantastic and is the perfect Retreat for studying. It has fantastic views back towards the house and makes the most of this once unloved corner of the garden. It is finished with cedar cladding, anthracite grey French doors, a plastered interior with external spotlights in the exterior canopy and up/downlights on either side of the doors.
